Following years of research and writing, an all-new Roads of Rockbridge is available. This major book project is a joint effort of the Rockbridge Historical Society and the Lexington-Rockbridge-Buena Vista Board of Realtors. The original books, The Roads of Rockbridge and The Streets of Lexington, written by Winifred Hadsel, were published by RHS. They were hugely popular, and have been out-of-print for several years. The new, expanded edition combines both books in one and includes all of Buena Vista’s streets as well. The new full-color book has 1807 road listings, 150 maps, and interesting historic geologic notes.
